Daniel P. Batterton

Dan serves as Vice President of Finance for SPS New England, Inc. He was substantially involved in the completion of the sale SPS to the newly formed ESOP Trust in 2022, among other projects.

Prior to his employment with SPS, Dan served as Vice President of Finance for Northeast Radiator Sales, a family company that later became SPI Distribution, Inc. While with SPI, Dan worked to consolidate all of their acquired entities financial reporting in Boston, MA. 

In addition to his work within SPS, Dan is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
