William E. Czerepak

William “Bill” Czerepak is a highly skilled and detail-oriented heavy construction manager who has managed multiple high-profile roadway and bridge reconstruction projects. These include the I-95 at Routes 1 and 1A Add-a-Lane Interchange Reconstruction project in Westwood, the McCarthy Overpass (Route 28) structural rehabilitation in Somerville, the Alford Street (Route 99) Drawbridge Replacement project, the Massport Conley Terminal Freight Corridor and Bridge Construction project, the MBTA Lechmere Viaduct Structural Rehabilitation in Boston and East Cambridge, and most recently, the Newton-Weston Bridge Bundle Replacement and Rehabilitation at I-90/I-95 Interchange Newton/Weston. All of these projects required the management of traffic on major arterial roadways in and around Boston. Each of his projects have been completed successfully with high quality and excellent safety records. 

As Project Executive, Bill is responsible for the management of all day-to-day operations; oversight of multiple crews working both day and night shifts; creation and implementation of the project schedule; tracking job costs; hiring and scheduling of subcontractors and trades to meet deadlines; resolving engineering issues; and interacting with state and local officials, engineers, architects, inspectors, and private utilities. Bill’s experience working in various field and office positions has given him a unique understanding of construction from different vantage points. He applies these experiences to the management of his projects to create executable project schedules and work plans to proactively identify, minimize, and resolve possible issues.
