Clare B. Burhoe, Esq.

Clare joined SPS as Corporate Counsel in January of 2008. She is responsible for contracts, claims and disputes, HR compliance, litigation support and oversight, business and real estate acquisitions, and all other legal matters for SPS and its affiliated companies. 

Prior to joining SPS, Clare spent 11 years with Lawson & Weitzen, LLP in Boston, three of which as a partner, practicing in the areas of environmental law and general litigation.
