Project Executive
As a Project Executive with SPS New England, Inc., Jack brings over 30 years of experience managing some of MassDOT’s most challenging projects including the Fore River Lift Span Drawbridge replacement in Quincy, the Chelsea Street Drawbridge replacement in Chelsea and the Central Artery Tunnel Project, North Street to Chardon Street in Boston. Jack was formerly the Chief Engineer at J.F. White Construction Company and has excellent relationships with all MassDOT managers he has worked with.
