Ray Engen

Ray is the Vice President of Connecticut Operations at SPS New England, Inc. He joined SPS in 2025 and will be overseeing the Gold Star Memorial Bridge project, as well as all future Connecticut operations.

Ray has previously worked as an Engineer, Superintendent, and Project Manager for Kiewit, Yonkers Contracting Company, and Halmar International. He has his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
