Robert A. Naftoly

Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President, Bob is responsible for all phases of the company’s operations, with special emphasis on long-range goals, growth, and profit. He provides leadership and strategic direction for all aspects of construction throughout the company, including overseeing the management and staffing of all projects, development of policies that align with the company’s goals, and all aspects of risk management.

Bob also serves on SPS New England’s Executive Committee, which is responsible for establishing strategic direction and making key decisions for the growth and well being of the company.

Bob joined the company as a project manager in 1997, and prior to his current position served as Vice President for Project Management. Bob has worked in the Massachusetts construction industry since 1991 working for the Cardi Corporation from 1991-1996.

In addition to his work within SPS, Bob has also served on the Executive Committee for the CIM Labor Relations Division and as a Trustee for the Massachusetts Laborer’ Pension Fund. He is a member of the Construction Industries of Massachusetts (CIM) and the New Hampshire Good Roads Association.
